If you are having an issue with accessing the drop-down menu on QuickBooks online, this is due to a recent Google Chrome update. This problem can be easily resolved by following the steps below.
To fix this problem click on the ellipse on Google Chrome (the three little dots).

Then on the menu that appears go to the help section and from there head to the about google chrome tab.

Then update google chrome and relaunch. Once this has been completed QuickBooks Online should be fully functioning.
