We would like to introduce a system called Hubdoc that integrates into Quickbooks Online.
Hubdoc automatically fetches and files key financial documents (like bank statements and invoices) so you don’t have to.
It automatically pulls your bills and statements into one secure hub. This means you have one login to view and manage the documents from all your accounts.

A free trial can be set up until the 20th July. After that point if you wish to continue Hubdoc does cost – $27.50 per month.
However, lost time trying to find statements and invoices will quickly outweigh the cost.
